Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing, registering with, or using the wln345 platform at wln345.net in any capacity — including browsing, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using wln345 and must not attempt to create an account or access any wln345 services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and wln345 (the "Platform" or "Company").

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of wln345 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of the account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold a wln345 account.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously been excluded from wln345 under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of wln345 or its affiliated companies.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on the wln345 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

When registering a wln345 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update it if any details change.

wln345 reserves the right to refuse any registration application, close any account, or decline service to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wln345 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your wln345 account.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to be wln345 support staff.
• Notifying wln345 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wln345 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from wln345 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Losses incurred through your own failure to maintain account security, including sharing credentials, are not the responsibility of wln345 and will not be subject to refund.

wln345 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast instant payment, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated to you during the deposit process.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. wln345 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned and the associated wln345 account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your wln345 account balance within minutes of confirmation.
• wln345 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• wln345 is not responsible for any delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your wln345 balance and committed to wagering activity.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible real-money funds from their wln345 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires submission of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus funds, after applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

wln345 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. These checks are a standard part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures and are not a reflection on the Player's integrity.

wln345 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all wln345 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit.
• All bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• wln345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of wagering patterns, or collusion with other players — will have all bonus funds cancelled and may have their account suspended.

All games offered on the wln345 platform — including casino games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by specific game rules which are available within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game before placing wagers.

General gaming rules applicable across the wln345 platform include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live events, as applicable. wln345 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, wln345 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. Winnings from malfunctioning rounds will not be paid out.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• For sports betting, wln345 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or materially altered from the terms under which the bet was accepted.
• Maximum winnings per game round, session, or day may apply and will be communicated within individual game rules or promotional terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at wln345 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with wln345 games or services.
• Attempting to exploit game software errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using wln345 to process funds of illegal origin.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Creating or using accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to access the wln345 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Any conduct that wln345, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform or other Players.

wln345 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take seriously our obligation to support Players who may be experiencing difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wln345 Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount that can be lost over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum duration per gaming session, after which the account is temporarily paused.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform. During self-exclusion, the account is fully deactivated and no marketing communications are sent.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wln345 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any wln345 content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any wln345 software.
• Use of any wln345 branding or trade marks without prior written permission.
• Framing, scraping, or harvesting data from the wln345 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wln345, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, gaming winnings, or business opportunity.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond wln345's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain account security.

wln345's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wln345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, wln345 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. wln345 does not sell your personal data to third parties. wln345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• wln345 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The Player has failed to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continuation of the Player's account would expose wln345 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player has requested account closure under the self-exclusion policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings under investigation) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their wln345 account may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

wln345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wln345 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address associated with their account, via a platform notification, or by posting a notice on the wln345 homepage.

Continued use of the wln345 platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using wln345 and request account closure.

The most recent version of these Terms is always available at wln345.net/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

wln345 aims to resolve all Player complaints and disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the wln345 support team via email. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. The support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may request escalation to a senior wln345 team member. Escalated complaints will receive a formal written response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after completing the internal process, you may refer the dispute to the relevant independent dispute resolution body under wln345's gaming licence jurisdiction.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wln345 holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
